• What are the franchise costs?

  1.  Franchise fee: € 10,000/store/year in developed countries, € 5,000/store/year in other countries.

  2.  Deposit: € 7,500/store in developed countries, € 5,000/store in other countries (only one deposit is required, which will be returned to the deposit account without interest upon completion of the withdrawal process at the end of the co-operation).

  3.  Service fee: € 5,000/store/year for marketing services in developed countries, € 2,500/store/year for operational services; € 2,500/store/year for other marketing services, € 2,500/store/year for operational services.

  4.  Equipment and furnishing materials: 120㎡ ≈ €15,000, 150㎡ ≈ €18,000, 200㎡ ≈ €20,000, please refer to the actual measurement quotation.

  5.  Initial ingredients: € 18,000 (for 4-6 months).

  6.  Furnishing costs: € 350-400 / ㎡ in developed countries, € 250-300 / ㎡ in other countries, please refer to the actual measurements and quotations (e.g. the size of the property, the structure of the property, the construction plan, etc.).

• How long does it take to open a store?

  The early phase of site hunting and assessment is not included in the estimated time.

  The official timeframe starts from the day the franchise contract is signed. If there are no special circumstances, the store can be opened within 3–5 months.

• What is included in the equipment & furnishing materials?

  The equipment includes kitchen and dining area back kitchen potting oven, single-head oven, freezer operation, display cabinets, cash register system suite, tables, chairs and partitions, etc., subject to the specific list details.

• What is included in the furnishing fee?

  Furshing includes design, roof, floor, wall, outlet, back kitchen and other whole hard furnishing process.

• What is the expected gross profit margin?

  Profit needs to be divided according to the city level. At present, the gross profit is about 70% in the first and second tier cities; the gross profit is about 60% in the third and fourth tier cities. Net profit mainly depends on your shop rent, sales, labour and other factors.

• How long does it take to break even?

  The return cycle is estimated at about 10-15 months, the shop is located in a different location, the shop's operating conditions are not the same, the shop's return cycle will have a difference in the late shop, the specific needs of your shop business situation shall prevail.
